Recipe for a millet dessert

Preparation:

Pour water over the millet and simmer covered over low heat until the liquid is almost completely absorbed (approx. 15 min). Meanwhile, prepare the fruit purées. Peel the peaches, remove the pits and blend until smooth. Then, in a separate container, blend the pineapple flesh. After 15 minutes, check the consistency of the millet - if it has already absorbed the excess water, add about 95 g of desiccated coconut and mix everything thoroughly, then set aside to cool, stirring from time to time. Once the millet has cooled, place it in a jar, alternating with the fruit purées. You can sprinkle the top of the dessert with the remaining desiccated coconut.

Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
