Classic for Pressure Ham Cooker - a blend of herbs and spices’ is a carefully designed composition underlining the flavour and aroma of dishes from a pressure ham cooker.

With our blend of herbs and spices you will easily prepare delicious, aromatic, traditional, melting-in-the-mouth dishes made from natural ingredients only! ‘Classic for Pressure Ham Cooker’ is a blend of specially selected natural spices and herbs, without salt, preservatives or flavour enhancers. The blend includes: black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, paprika, cumin, coriander, mustard seeds, marjoram, savoury, lovage, garlic, and onion – when choosing our product you can be sure that your food is safe and healthy! A single 30 g pack is sufficient for preparing two dishes from a pressure ham cooker, each weighing 1.2 kg! Delight your loved ones with the traditional flavour of homemade charcuterie!
How to use:
Ingredients for a pot pie from a 1.5 kg pressure ham cooker:
Cut the deboned chicken legs into pieces (about 5 cm in size), combine them with ground meat, water, salt, and the mix of spices and herbs. Knead the meat mass until it is sticky. Put everything into the pressure ham cooker container (for easy removal of the finished product, it is a good idea to use additionally 100/50 natural dried casings or a dedicated bag). Put the closed pressure ham cooker into a pot of water with temperature of 80-90°C. Once the temperature inside the meat reaches 69-70°C, finish scalding and remove the pressure ham cooker to cool down. Next, put the pressure ham cooker into a refrigerator. On the next day the meat is ready to eat.
Ingredients: spices 63.8% (black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, chili pepper, cumin, coriander, mustard, hot pepper, sweet pepper), herbs 12.8% (marjoram, savory, lovage), garlic, dried onion.
