This vessel works by heating water and gently cooking the meat. You decide which natural ingredients to use to make your own tasty cold cuts — cured or uncured. You can be sure there are no preservatives or artificial additives, and your chosen spices will make the flavor shine.

The set includes 6 parts:

• 4 L pot — suitable for all types of stovetops

• ham maker with up to 1.5 kg capacity

• two thermometers — one for monitoring the meat temperature inside the ham maker, the other for measuring the water temperature

There’s a measuring scale on the inside wall of the pot to help you fill it to the desired volume, including when using it with the ham maker.
