The ham maker is designed for delicious, water-bath cooked meats and other dishes, including vegetarian options. It’s simple to use and lets you prepare up to 1.3 kg of aromatic, wholesome, homemade goodness. The pot is designed to complement the ham maker. With this set, you can easily make water-bath cooked meats and vegetarian dishes without worrying that your ham maker isn’t fully submerged or is touching the bottom. The basket holds the ham maker above the base of the pot without direct contact, creating a “water jacket” effect that’s ideal for cooking.

This tool works by heating water and gently cooking meat or other fillings. You choose the natural ingredients to make your own delicious cold cuts, for example. You can be sure there are no preservatives or artificial additives — and your chosen spices will make the flavor shine.

The capacity of this ham maker is spot-on for a firm, juicy ham, as well as stews, luncheon-style meats, roulades, pork belly, and other dishes — including vegetarian. The container holds up to 1.3 kg of filling.

In the center of the ham maker lid there’s a port with an opening for direct temperature measurement of the filling. Use a probe thermometer (not included). You can choose one of the dedicated thermometers available in our range.

The included basket also acts as a colander to make cooking and draining vegetables and pasta easier, and it’s great for frying fries. Thanks to it, you can effortlessly, quickly, and safely drain boiled or fried foods without the risk of burns and without separate colanders or slotted spoons. The pot is also perfect for cooking asparagus upright — no tying needed. Its special multi-layer thermal base conducts heat optimally and works on all cooktops: gas, electric, and induction. Another plus is the pot lid’s steam vent, which makes cooking safer and more comfortable. The pot, basket, ham maker, and lid are all easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
