Sheep casings are an excellent option for any enthusiast of homemade charcuterie. You have 15 metres of 22/24 mm diameter intestines, for 3.5-4 kg of meat, at your disposal. These gauged casings are on strips, making it easier to pull the casings onto the funnel and preventing them from becoming entangled. Your work will be finished quickly and efficiently!

 

  • Ideal for homemade charcuterie products - thanks to the exceptional quality of this product, you will be able to prepare your own raw, matured, steamed, roasted, smoked or grilled sausages much more quickly and efficiently.
  • On strips - the casings are put on special strips that make them easy to pull onto the funnel and eliminate casing entanglement during storage. There is a hole at the end of the strip, which allows the casing to be easily slid off the funnel.
  • Safe to use - the casings are resistant to damage and ruptures, making working with them extremely comfortable and stress-free. 
  • For those who care about good health - these mutton casings allow you to make excellent sausages without unhealthy additives or preservatives. 
  • Simple to use - it is enough to soak the intestines for about 3 hours in water at a temperature of up to 30°C and then rinse them with lukewarm water. After this treatment, the product is suitable for stuffing.
  • Convenient packaging - the packaging is fitted with a ziplock for easy resealing and opening.

Thanks to the innovative way in which the intestines are gauged on the strips, they can be easily and quickly pulled onto the funnel of the stuffing machine and they do not become entangled and damaged during storage. A hole at the end of each strip enables a secure grip and convenient sliding of the slipper casing from the funnel.

The product is hermetically packaged and preserved only with salt. One pack contains a total of 15 m of casings.

 

Importantly, you can stuff the casings even faster with special sausage stuffers.
