Standout features include the ability to smoke using different methods and a robust build made from selected, sanded, natural wood. The smoking chamber is constructed from spruce boards. The hinged roof is mounted on hinges, making it much easier to load the chamber. Access via both the door and the roof is practical and convenient. Thanks to the generous chamber height, it’s ideal for smoking long sausages as well as long fish. A metal base with legs is matched to the chamber, and the source of smoke is a large side firebox connected to the lower part of the chamber with a two-stage airflow circulation system, made from thick stove-grade sheet steel. The chamber structure is reinforced with heavy cross braces. The smoker door is mounted on sturdy, powder-coated hinges. A removable deflector helps distribute heat and smoke evenly during the smoking process.

Before first use, oil the outside of the smoker – we recommend 100% linseed oil or 100% tung oil to protect the wood and increase its durability.
