dragON IQ steel smoker lets you enjoy the flavor of outstanding smoked goods and the full potential of this modern, 220 L high-capacity smoker, equipped with innovative modules and Wi‑Fi control.

Controlling and setting smoking parameters has never been easier! Easily adjust the temperature, set the time, and switch on the convection fan.
• Perfect results every time - the unique dragON Jet 1 smoke generator and convection ensure even smoking on every level of the chamber, no matter how full it is. The generator’s patented design prevents wood chips from bridging, and the smoke always has ideal intensity.
• Large capacity and flexibility - the 220 L chamber holds 20–25 kg of product. Its height lets you smoke long sausages or fish.
• Functional design and high quality - mineral wool insulation; outer wall – galvanized steel sheet, interior – stainless steel; 10 smoking levels; comb-style rails with special recesses prevent the beams from shifting; adjustable door seal and air intake.
• Healthy smoking and easy cleaning - internal drip guards protect the heating element and fan (an innovative solution with vertical mounting on the back wall) from drippings, and help them flow into a convenient, removable drip tray. A door gasket and drip gutter further prevent juices from dripping onto the floor.
• Fully equipped – beams, hooks, a chimney (Ø 80) with a damper for regulating smoke flow and the option to connect an additional outlet pipe to the chimney exhaust.
• Mobility and stability - 2 wheels and 2 leveling feet, plus a rear handle that makes moving the smoker easier.

The door gasket allows you to feed a cable-mounted probe into the smoking chamber, connected to the controller for measuring the internal temperature of your product.

Note: do not connect any other devices to the controller socket intended for the pump.

You can also use the smoker without plugging it in, using the chamber, for example, to mature cured meats.
