• Smart build and high quality — mineral wool insulation; outer wall: galvanized steel, inner wall: stainless steel; 10 smoking levels; comb-profile rails with special recesses to stop bars from shifting; adjustable door seal and air intake.
• Clean, healthy smoking and easy cleaning — internal drip guards protect the heater and fan (an innovative vertical mount on the rear wall) from drippings and guide them into a convenient, removable drip tray. A door gasket and drip channel further prevent drippings from reaching the floor.
• Fully equipped — bars, hooks, chimney (Ø 80) with a damper to regulate smoke flow, plus the option to connect an additional exhaust pipe to the chimney outlet.

Note: do not connect any devices other than the pump to the controller socket intended for the pump.

You can also use the smoker without plugging it in — for example, use the chamber for aging cured meats.
