• Perfect results every time - the unique dragON Jet 1 smoke generator and convection ensure even smoking at every level of the smoking chamber, regardless of the amount of products. The special patented design of the smoke generator prevents wood chips from bridging, and the smoke always has ideal intensity.
• Large capacity and flexibility - the smoker with a capacity of 220 L holds 20–25 kg of load. The chamber height allows smoking long sausages or fish.
• Functional design and high quality - insulated with mineral wool; outer wall – galvanized sheet, inside – stainless steel sheet, 10 smoking levels; comb-profile rails – special recesses prevent the bars from moving; adjustable door tightness and air intake.
• Healthy smoking and easy cleaning - internal drip deflectors protect the heater and fan (an innovative solution with vertical mounting on the rear wall) from drippings and guide them to a conveniently removable drip tray. The door gasket and drip gutter additionally prevent drippings from falling onto the floor.
• Full equipment – bars, hooks, chimney (Ø 80) with a damper for smoke flow control and the option to connect an additional exhaust pipe to the chimney outlet.

The door gasket allows you to insert into the smoking chamber a wired probe connected to the controller and intended for measuring the internal temperature of the load.

Note: do not connect any devices other than the pump to the socket on the controller intended for the pump connection.

You can also use the smoker without connecting power, using the smoking chamber, e.g. for aging cured meats.
