dragON IQ steel smoker lets you enjoy the flavor of exceptional smoked foods and the full potential of this modern 220 L high-capacity smoker, complete with innovative modules that let you manage your smoking via Wi‑Fi.

• Perfect results every time — the unique dragON Jet 1 smoke generator and convection fan ensure even smoking on every level of the chamber, regardless of load. The patented smoke generator design prevents chip bridging, and the smoke intensity stays spot-on.
• Generous capacity and flexibility — the 220 L smoker holds 20–25 kg of product. The tall chamber easily accommodates long sausages and whole fish.
• Functional design and high quality — mineral wool insulation; outer wall: galvanized steel sheet; interior: stainless steel sheet; 10 smoking levels; comb-profile rails with special recesses to stop the bars from shifting; adjustable door seal and air intake.
• Cleaner smoking and easy cleaning — internal drip baffles protect the heater and fan (an innovative solution with vertical mounting on the rear wall) from drippings and help channel juices into a convenient removable drip tray. A door gasket and drip channel further prevent drips from reaching the floor.
• Fully equipped – bars, hooks, chimney (Ø 80) with a damper for controlling smoke flow and the option to attach an additional flue pipe to the chimney outlet.

The door gasket allows you to feed a wired probe into the smoking chamber, connected to the controller and intended for measuring the internal temperature of your product.
