After installing the controller module, heating module, and thermal module with thermocouple according to the installation instructions and connecting the set to a power source, you can fully manage your smoker's operation. This includes the smoking option with a dragON Jet smoke generator, by connecting the generator pump hose to the controller socket.

Smoke responsibly and safely

The smoker where the modules are to be installed should be placed outdoors under a shelter. This location should protect the smoker and its modules from weather conditions (such as rain, snow, or excessive sunlight) and provide a grounded electrical power supply for safe operation.

WARNING! To ensure proper installation and safe operation of the modules along with the smoker, carefully read the instruction manual included with the modules and follow all provided guidelines, including those related to the safe use of electrical devices.

The components of the kit must be used strictly according to their intended purpose. Any misuse or improper use of the devices may pose a risk to health and life.

The heating module operates at a life-threatening voltage of 230V.

Always wear protective gloves when handling the heated device.

Never leave the device unattended.

With dragON modules (including the Jet series smoke generator), you can smoke using several options:

• Drying (without smoking smoke) ~ 60°C
• Cold smoking ~ 16-25°C
• Warm smoking ~ 30-55°C
• Hot smoking ~ 55-65°C
• Baking ~ 70-85°C

The temperatures provided are approximate. Adjust the exact values according to the specific product being smoked.

When selecting a smoking option, use the available settings on the controller according to the general guidelines provided, as well as the recommendations specified in the recipe for the specific product.

Operating the smoker without convection at the maximum temperature of 90°C, depending on weather conditions, should not exceed 4 hours.

And once the smoking is done, maintenance and cleaning become easier!

It is particularly important to thoroughly clean the thermocouple and thermal fuse after each use - preferably using Browin’s specialized and highly effective Smoker Cleaning Liquid.
