Smoke responsibly and safely

The smoker you plan to equip with these modules should be placed outside under a roof. This location should protect the smoker and modules from the elements (such as rain, snow, or excessive sunlight) and provide a grounded electrical power supply.

WARNING! To ensure correct installation and safe use of the modules with your smoker, read the manual supplied with the modules carefully and follow all recommendations—including those related to electrical safety.

Use the components only as intended. Any use that deviates from their purpose may pose a risk to health and life.

The heating module is powered by a hazardous 230 V mains voltage.

Use protective gloves when handling the heated device.

Do not leave the device unattended.

With dragON modules (including the Jet series smoke generator) you can smoke in several modes:

• drying (no smoke) temperature ~ 60°C
• cold smoking ~ temperature 16-25°C
• warm smoking ~ temperature 30-55°C
• hot smoking ~ temperature 55-65°C
• finishing ~ temperature 70-85°C

The listed temperatures are approximate—adjust exact values to your specific load.

When selecting a smoking mode, use the controller settings according to the general guidelines and the recommendations in the recipe for your particular load.

Operating the smoker without convection at the maximum temperature, i.e., 90°C depending on weather conditions, is permitted for no longer than 4 hours.
