Product Description

The containers are made of stainless steel. They are closed with a wide lid and durable hooks. The cover can be fitted with a fermentation tube, a thermometer and a distillation cooler.

Use

1) Ideal containers for fruit pulp preparation, adapted to fermentation of mash, wine and beer. In order to carry out the fermentation, place a gasket with a hole in it and a fermentation lock in it in the centrally placed hole. In the smaller opening on the side of the cover, place the holder with the gasket.

2) Thanks to the special bottom, the container can be used on all types of cookers. This functionality is ideally suited to the distillation process.

Note:

The container is made of AISI 201 steel, it requires maintenance and drying after each use. Failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations will result in the product’s damage such as rust, pitting, discoloration.
