Wine yeast nutrient - 10 g - universal, for white, rosé and red wines
Wine yeast nutrient is an essential product for home production of fruit, grape and cereal wines. Directions for use:
Use at a rate of 1 g of nutrient per 1.5 - 2.5 L of must. The contents of the sachet are sufficient for 15 - 25 L of wine must. The recommended amount of nutrient should be added in three equal portions:
Dissolve each portion of the nutrient in approx. 100 ml of must, then pour into the fermentation vessel and mix. Do not add the nutrient directly to the yeast starter.
