If you’ve got more time, prepare it ahead so the flavours can marry.
Your homemade raspberry liqueur will look fantastic in a printed bottle or finished with a decorative label. It’s not only a show-stopping addition to your party table, but also a unique, handmade gift for all sorts of occasions.
How to use the raspberry essence/concentrate?
Pour 4 litres of high-proof alcohol into a vessel and add the flavour essence along with your preferred amount of sugar. We recommend 200–500 g per 4 L. Mix thoroughly. Let the drink rest for at least 24 hours*. A full-aroma, boldly flavoured drink is ready! To make a smaller batch, use the indentations on the bottle to measure 10 ml of essence per 1 L of drink!
*Longer ageing improves the flavour and aroma of the drink.
Ingredients: glycerin, natural raspberry aroma 17%, acid (citric acid), water, colorings (E 124*, E 133).
*Coloring E 124 may have a harmful effect on activity and attention in children.
Total volume: 40 ml
