Today we received the remaining 3 boxes. On Friday we already received 2. The courier had kept the 3 boxes because there was already a lot of glass clinking. We have now opened all 5 boxes and in total 106 bottles are broken. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. Every time we place an order some of the bottles arrive broken. The bottles are reimbursed, but you have to order again and pay shipping costs again. I wonder how this will be solved this time.
