A simple, satisfying farmer's cheese and oat loaf with crunchy seeds—great for a healthy breakfast, supper, or snack. It's rich in protein, fiber, and texture, and you don't need yeast or a long rise. Bake it in the oven, on a pizza stone, or in a grill with a lid.

Farmer's Cheese Bread Recipe:

Preparation:

  1. Place the farmer's cheese in a bowl, add the eggs and salt. Blend until smooth, or mash thoroughly and mix by hand.
  2. Next add the baking powder, oats, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into two oblong loaves or one larger loaf. Set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a pizza stone.
  4. Bake at about 180°C for around 60 minutes. After baking, let the loaf cool so it slices more easily—though it's delicious warm, too!
