A simple, satisfying farmer's cheese and oat loaf with crunchy seeds—great for a healthy breakfast, supper, or snack. It's rich in protein, fiber, and texture, and you don't need yeast or a long rise. Bake it in the oven, on a pizza stone, or in a grill with a lid.
Farmer's Cheese Bread Recipe:
Preparation:
- Place the farmer's cheese in a bowl, add the eggs and salt. Blend until smooth, or mash thoroughly and mix by hand.
- Next add the baking powder, oats, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into two oblong loaves or one larger loaf. Set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a pizza stone.
- Bake at about 180°C for around 60 minutes. After baking, let the loaf cool so it slices more easily—though it's delicious warm, too!
Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
