Pasta with spinach and smoked salmon
Valentine's Day is a special time—and although we should remember every day to show each other love and respect and share all that is good—on this one day of the year, on February 14, we can go a little crazy and give even more! And since it's well known that the way to the heart is "through the stomach"—we suggest winning your better half's heart with a delicious, healthy, and most importantly—homemade—dish! Actually, two dishes, because we have this Valentine's recipe for pasta with spinach and salmon for you, as well as another one—for a great pasta with shrimp, whose recipe you can find here.
We guarantee that these recipes will also work perfectly for other occasions, so if someone doesn't celebrate Valentine's Day, they can simply add both ideas to their go-to menu.

Recipe for homemade pasta with spinach and smoked salmon
Preparation:
Prepare the pasta according to the recipe posted in our Recipe Book. Prepare the salmon according to our instructions provided here.
Prepare the sauce. In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in butter until translucent. First, dust it lightly with salt and sugar, stirring constantly. When the onion turns translucent, add the thawed spinach to the pan. Heat, then add the feta. Stir until you get a uniform mixture and the water from the spinach evaporates. Next, add the garlic pressed through a garlic press to the sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the cream. Stir thoroughly until it comes to a boil. Place the cooked pasta in the pan and toss with the sauce. Plate along with the smoked salmon. Note! The salmon can be prepared even a day in advance and simply reheated just before serving, which will significantly shorten the overall preparation time.
We recommend serving the dish with a semi-dry white wine—preferably homemade, of course!
