Smoker box with a pump

Stainless steel smoke generator, for all kinds of smokers. The source of smoke is wood chips for smoking. Enables cold smoking. It is a device that ensures excellent quality of the smoking process, efficient and easy to use.

• The generator enables cold smoking, thanks to which the smoke penetrates the food deeper and makes it more delicious.
• The generator tube capacity enables putting about 450 g of wood chips for smoking with aromatic profile of choice, which is enough for several ours of smoking.
• The generator can be easily assembled on one’s own into any kind of smoker. The only limitation is the smoker wall thickness, which should be not greater than 30 mm.
• Generator pump power: 4 W, efficiency: 2 x 4.5 L per minute. The possibility of setting the air flow volume enables precise adjustment of smoke generation and smoke density, which is of utmost importance for smoking all kinds of products.
• The generator is made of stainless steel, thanks to which it is robust, durable, and resistant to corrosion and atmospheric conditions.

The smoke generator enables cold smoking in traditional smokers, as well as warm smoking in smokers featuring an additional heat source.

The generator can work together with any smoker with wall thickness of up to 30 mm.

The device does not require continuous supplementation of wood chips during the burning process. A full load is sufficient for several hours of smoking thanks to the application of a pump with power of 4 W and efficiency of 2 x 4.5 L, which is included in the set.

Increasing or decreasing pump efficiency allow to adjust the amount and density of smoke produced by the generator. Smoke density adjustment makes it possible to avoid making the products too acidic.

Note:

It is necessary to remember to position the generator funnel (feeding the smoke to the smoker) in such a manner that the elongated opening of this funnel is directed downwards.

After each smoking, the generator should be cleaned in order to make it fully ready for the next use. If the generator is not cleaned, it may lead to poor flow of the smoke.
