Two-component, efficient, effective and quick mash clarifier. It removes turbidity and fermentation residues which can negatively affect the final product and cause undesirable yeast aftertaste. Klarowin Turbo Spirit is perfect for clarifying sugar batches and mashes, without affecting the final taste of the alcohol. One 65 g package is enough to clarify 25 litres of liquid, and the time it takes is only ... 24 hours! The distinguishing feature of Klarowin Turbo Spirit is its simple composition of only two ingredients: A - colloidal silica (silica solution) and B - chitosan solution.
Caution!
In the winter and summer seasons, in extreme temperatures, the product is available only with the option of personal collection.
Directions for use:
After the fermentation process is completed, the liquid should be decanted and thoroughly degassed (excess CO2 would extend the clarification time). Add component A proportionally to the amount of the clarified liquid (the content is sufficient for max. 25 litres of liquid). Mix gently for 10 seconds and set aside for 1 hour. After that, add component B proportionally to the amount of the liquid. Mix gently for approx. 10 seconds. Set aside for approx. 24 hours.
