In the middle of the pressure ham cooker lid there is a socket with an opening that enables direct measurement of temperature of the content. The basket included in the set also perform the role of a strainer that facilitates cooking and draining vegetables and is perfect for making French fries. Thanks to it, you will have not problems in draining the cooked or fried products quickly and safely, without worrying about getting burnt and without having to use strainers or strainer ladles. The pot is also excellent for cooking asparagus in standing position without having to tie them. The special multilayer thermal bottom of the pot conducts heat optimally and allows preparing meals on all kinds of cooktops, including gas, electric, and induction ones.
