The ham cooker is designed for making delicious poached deli meats and other dishes, including vegetarian options. It’s easy to use and lets you prepare up to 1.3 kg of aromatic, healthy, homemade goodness. The pot is made to complement the ham cooker. The basket keeps the ham cooker off the base of the pot, creating a “water jacket,” which has a very positive effect on the poaching process.

This vessel works by heating water and gently poaching meat or other fillings. You decide which natural ingredients to use to make, for example, your own tasty deli meat. You can be sure there are no preservatives or artificial additives, and the spices you choose will bring out the best flavor.

The capacity of this ham cooker is ideal for a firm, juicy ham, as well as stews, luncheon meat, roulades, bacon, and other dishes — including vegetarian. The vessel holds up to 1.3 kg of filling.

In the center of the ham cooker’s lid there’s a port with an opening for directly measuring the temperature of the contents. Use a probe thermometer, which is not included. You can pair the ham cooker with one of the dedicated thermometers available in our range.

The included basket also doubles as a strainer, making it easier to cook and drain vegetables and pasta, and it’s great for frying fries. Thanks to it, you can drain boiled or fried foods quickly, safely, and with no fuss — no risk of burns and no need for colanders or slotted spoons. The pot is also perfect for cooking asparagus upright, with no tying required. Its special multi-layer thermal base conducts heat efficiently and lets you cook on all types of stovetops: gas, electric, and induction. Another plus is the pot lid with a steam-vent opening, making cooking safer and more comfortable. The pot, basket, ham cooker, and lid are all easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
