  • Practical functionality - portion food, cook sous-vide (i.e., in tightly sealed vacuum bags), prepare marinades as well as cured meats and aged cheeses, and seal dry products in bags. Prevent odor transfer and keep your fridge organized.

Vacuum packaging:

  • Inhibits the growth of aerobic bacteria.
  • Protects against changes in humidity and odor transfer.

Additional information: 

  • You can vacuum-pack almost anything: fruit, vegetables, cheeses, meats, cold cuts, fish, ready meals, cakes, etc.

Note: Vacuum extraction requires embossed (textured) film or an embossed bag/pouch. You can only seal standard smooth films tightly.
