Additional information:
Note: Vacuum extraction requires embossed (textured) film or an embossed bag/pouch. You can only seal standard smooth films tightly.
Vacuum sealing will significantly shorten marinating times and help keep cured meats juicy during aging. In summer and autumn, using the sealer you’ll perfectly prepare seasonal fruit for freezing. In suitable bags you can also store, for example, fresh herbs. After holidays and parties, when there’s usually plenty of food left over, vacuum packing will extend the shelf life of those tasty leftovers.
