You can vacuum pack basically anything – fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat, processed meat, fish, ready-made meals, cakes, etc.
A textured bag with frozen water can be used as a compress in the event of sports injuries.
Please note: For vacuum extraction, a textured (embossed) film or bag/pouch is required. Ordinary films can only be heat sealed tightly.
Vacuum sealing will allow you to significantly reduce the marinating time of your products and ensure the juiciness of your cured meats during the maturation process. In summer and autumn, using the sealer is ideal for preparing seasonal fruit for freezing. In suitable films, you can also store fresh herbs, for example. ‘Stop’ function - it is possible to stop the sealing process at any time.
Buttons resistant to water, salt and other substances ensure a long service life for the sealer.
Handy, sharp cutter– this removable piece of the sealer kit will make it easy for you to cut the film evenly and with precision, without having to look for scissors.
Overheating protection: intelligent temperature control thanks to an NTC sensor – when the temperature of the heating strip exceeds the safety temperature, the unit automatically enters protection mode and sealing is not possible. When the temperature drops (after about 2 minutes), the unit will automatically return to normal mode.
