Note! Before and after each use wash the frying pan thoroughly, dry it, and oil it by spreading a teaspoon of edible oil on its inner surface. Never leave the frying pan empty over a flame or a heat source. Cast iron is sensitive to sudden major temperature fluctuations, so heat the frying pan up slowly in order to prevent fractures. Remember not to expose it to sudden temperature changes during storage as well. Never pour cold water on the frying pan when it is hot – otherwise the cast iron may become permanently damaged.
