You consider winter the time when you are unable to develop your winemaking passion? 4 SEASONS - rose hip is a winemaking kit that includes properly selected dried flowers and fruit and a blend of winemaking yeast with nutrients. From now on, every season of the year will be perfect for preparing delicious homemade batches. A 105 g packaging includes 100 g of specially selected dried fruit and flowers (rosehip peel, apple, hibiscus flower, chokeberry, aroma) and 5 g of high quality yeast with nutrients. A single packaging is enough for preparing 10 L of aromatic batch, enrapturing with its flavour. The kit is very simple to use and only requires adding sugar and water to the content of packaging. Thanks to that, it can also constitute an excellent basis for beginning one’s home winemaking adventure.

How to use:
Pour the content of the dried fruit and flowers bag, as well as 2 kg of sugar, into 10 L of water with temperature of 85°C and stir it for 3 minutes while maintaining the temperature specified. After that time, pour everything into a fermentation container and cool it down to room temperature. Next, add the content of the small sachet with winemaking yeast and nutrients. Carry out fermentation for a week and then drain the batch through a strainer. Add 0.5 kg of sugar and continue fermentation for one month. In order to enrich the character of the wine prepared, add 1 g of tannin for red or white wine (or infusion from 2 bags of black tea).
