4 SEASONS - with raspberry is a wine making set containing properly selected dried fruit and flowers and a mixture of wine yeast with nutrient solution. From now on, every season of the year will be perfect for preparing delicious home brews.
The 105 g package contains 100 g of specially selected dried ingredients (apple, chokeberry fruit, hibiscus flower, raspberry fruit, aroma) and 5 g of high-quality yeast with nutrient solution. The set is enough to prepare 10 L of aromatic and delightful with its taste wine, fermenting up to 17%.
The extremely simple use of the kit also makes it a great choice for those who are just starting out as home winemakers. It is enough to add water and sugar to the components of the set and leave it at room temperature.
Good news for the impatient - wine tasting under optimal fermentation conditions can be done after 5 weeks.

Directions for use:
Pour the contents of the bag with dried fruit and 2 kg of sugar into 10L of water at 85° C and mix for 3 minutes, keeping the recommended temperature. After this time, pour it into a fermentation container and let it cool down to room temperature. Then add the contents of a small sachet of wine yeast and nutrient solution. Ferment for a week, then strain the liquid through a sieve. Add 0.5 kg of sugar and ferment for one month. To enhance the character of the wine, add 1g of tannin to red or white wines (or an infusion of 2 black tea bags).
