How to use:

Equipment washing:

Remember that the winemaking equipment you use should be washed thoroughly. This will prevent contaminations that could spoil the wine. For washing the winemaking equipment, use the potassium metabisulphite solution included in the kit or Oxi Turbo that you can purchase separately – it should be used in line with the instructions on the packaging. Remember never to wash demijohns and other glass accessories with hot water – the maximum water temperature allowed is 50°C. Excessively high temperature might lead to fractures or glass.

The kit includes:

- Ø 43 mm demijohn stopper with a closure,

- Airlock with a protective plug,

- 10 g of potassium metabisulphite - an agent intended for stabilisation of must and wine, as well as for flushing the winemaking equipment,
