A lemon-raspberry essence-based drink is easy to prepare - simply mix 4 litres of spirits with the essence and add an amount of sugar to suit your taste preferences (200-500g per 4 litres). Wait at least 24 hours and your fruity-citrusy drink will be ready to enjoy. Longer ageing will enhance its flavour and aroma accordingly.
