Oak Infusion Stick for Alcohol - American

A natural oak stick originating from the highest quality American oak, perfect for providing alcoholic beverages with a unique character. It accelerates the wine maturation process and provides perfect enrichment of beer, wine and liquors with sweet, oaken flavour and smell. It imbues the beverage with taste and aroma corresponding to that provided by many years of aging in a traditional oak barrel. The brighter beverages gain a clear, golden colour. Recommended use: - 1 per 25 L of wine (after using in wine, it can be used in stronger liquors); - 1 per 1.5 L of liquor with high alcohol content (it is also possible to make a concentrate from a smaller amount of alcohol); - the first effects are visible already after a few days; - the higher the alcohol content, the more profound the flavour, aroma and colour; - the longer the time of contact with alcohol, the more pronounced the effect – we recommend the minimum contact period of 1-3 weeks.
