An excellent combination of aromatic herbs and spices, underlining the flavour and smell of mulled wine, beer, and cider.
Ingredients for 1 L of mulled drink:
- 1 L of sweet or semi-sweet wine / 1 L of pale beer / 1 L of cider
- 1/4 packaging of mulled drink herbs&spices
- optional: slices of orange, honey to taste
Recipe:
Pour the wine, beer or cider into the pot, add ¼ of the packaging content, and then heat it up until the moment the temperature of the drink is 60-70°C (it should take about 10 minutes). You can enrich the flavour of your mulled drink with honey and some slices of orange.
Note! Do not bring your mulled drink to the boil! Pour the hot drink into mugs or tankards.
If the drink is not consumed directly after preparation, it is necessary to strain it in order to remove the spices.
Ingredients: orange peel (50,4%), cinnamon (15,6%), cloves, lemon grass (12,8%), anise (3,8%), ginger, nutmeg.
