Gelatin 50g

Gelatin for meat, fish, vegetables, and desserts. For 2.5 l of liquid . Food grade pork gelatin BROWIN is perfectly suited for preparation of meat, fish, and vegetable aspics. It can be also used to prepare sweet jellies and cold pastries.

Preparation:
1. Pour 0.5 boiled hot water or broth into a bowl
2. Add 2-3 teaspoonfuls of gelatin
3. Stir and mix thoroughly until the gelatin is fully dissolved
