Wooden cheese press

Purpose:
- wooden cheese press with movable lever for domestic use,
- for cheesemaking moulds 7.5 cm min., 16 cm max in diameter and up to 20 cm in height.

Pressure on the mould:
Weighting the press arm with a 0.5 kg weight results in a 1.60 kg mould pressure.
Weighting the press arm with a 1 kg weight results in a 3 kg mould pressure.
Weighting the press arm with a 2 kg weight results in a 6 kg mould pressure.
Weighting the press arm with a 3 kg weight results in a 9 kg mould pressure.
Weighting the press arm with a 4 kg weight results in a 12 kg mould pressure.
Weighting the press arm with a 5 kg weight results in a 15 kg mould pressure.
