The Clay baker is an excellent method for increasing the variety of daily meals, especially dinners. The dishes made in a Clay baker have more flavour, aroma and nutrients thanks to the properties of the material of which this pot is made.
The special properties of the clay used for making this Roman Pot allow preparing dishes in water vapour atmosphere. Additionally, the porous structure of this pot enables absorption of water, which later evaporates during baking. Thanks to that, the food is cooked in its own juices and in water vapour that is gradually released from the pot’s walls. There is no need of adding fat or oil, thanks to which the dishes retain their natural aroma, vitamins and microelements - they are delicious and healthy.
The meals so prepared are perfect for people on a diet.
