A set of five packs of alder-beech smoking chips, dedicated for use in smoking and grilling pork. Thanks to these chips, dishes made from this type of meat will gain the proper, desired aroma and flavor, as well as an attractive golden-brown color.
Class 2 chips (fine fraction) - due to the particle size (1–3 mm), they can be successfully used in smoke generators with an automatic screw feeder.
The quantity of chips in a pack (450 g) is enough for several hours of smoking (depending on the equipment used) - without worrying that you’ll run out while preparing your favorite dishes.

Directions for use:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter-thick layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the firebox, as they will burn immediately. To use the chips as economically as possible, you can slightly moisten them with water, which will help produce more smoke. Cover the grill with a lid immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker itself - in the designated place, or in the firebox - around the glowing wood.
Chips ideal for use in a smoke generator. Using such a smoke generator ensures the most professional results - products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
Note: Only adults should operate the smoker and grill, observing fire safety rules and after reading the user manual of the device and the recommendations concerning the use of the chips. When lighting the chips and adding them while the grill, smoker, or smoke generator is operating, exercise caution to avoid possible burns. Ensure that children and pets do not have access to hot devices.
