Directions for use:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal—do not place them directly on the fire, as they will burn up immediately. To use the chips as economically as possible, you can lightly moisten them with water, which will help produce more smoke. Cover the grill with the lid immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker itself—in the designated place, or in the firebox—around the glowing wood.
Smoking with a smoke generator ensures the most professional results—products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.
Warning: Only adults should operate smokers and grills, in compliance with fire safety rules and after reading the user manual of the device and the recommendations for using the chips. Exercise caution when lighting the chips and adding them during operation of the grill, smoker, or smoke generator to avoid possible burns. Make sure that children and pets do not have access to heated appliances.
