How to use:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the fire, as they will burn up immediately. To use the chips as economically as possible, you can slightly moisten them with water, which will help produce more smoke. Cover the grill with a lid immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker itself - in the place intended for this purpose, or in the firebox - around the glowing wood.

Caution: Only adults should operate the smoker and the grill, observing fire safety rules and after reading the operating manual of the device and the recommendations regarding the use of chips. When lighting the chips and adding them during the operation of the grill or smoker and smoke generator, exercise caution to avoid possible burns. Make sure that children and pets do not have access to heated devices.
