Drying – excellent method of preserving tastes and aromas that constitute the wealth of Polish forests and orchards. Large sieves with with a diameter of 32 cm, power 350 W. Efficient and durable heating coil providing air directly to every level. Surface resistant to scratching. Thermostat allowing for temperature regulation within the range of 40-70°C. Drying is an excellent method of extending food durability. Air heated to the desired temperature flows in an even stream through layers of products arranged on sieves. Fruits and mushrooms dried in this way do not lose their vitamins and keep their nutritional values for the whole year. It can also be applied for herb and flower drying. An option of temperature regulation not only facilitates the process control, but also increases the range of products that can be dried. Please read carefully the instruction manual inside the box.
