Drying is an excellent method of extending food durability. Air heated to the desired temperature flows in an even stream through layers of products arranged on sieves. Fruits and mushrooms dried in this way do not lose their vitamins and keep their nutritional values for the whole year. It can also be applied for herb and flower drying. An option of temperature regulation not only facilitates the process control, but also increases the range of products that can be dried.
