This thermometer with stainless steel probe will allow you to check the temperature in a simple, quick, and accurate manner - during cooking, smoking, and roasting of meat, as well as during preparation of other dishes. A replaceable thermometer probe with length of about 18 cm is located on a 1.5 m long cable, which facilitates significantly taking measurements in place like deep ovens or high containers, without worrying about getting scalded by hot food. It will also come in handy in the smoking process thanks to signalling the temperature set in the smoking chamber. The thermometer features an electronic display and a timer enabling setting the time up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, as well as setting the temperature within the range from 0 to 250°C. A measurement can be taken in two units: °C and °F. Another advantage of the device is the alarm that signals achievement of the temperature set or expiration of the time set. There are three options for installing the device: it can be placed standing, hung, or fixed using a magnet.

Note!
When taking measurements only the probe should be immersed in the liquid! Do not place and leave the thermometer probe/end on a burning grill, as the temperature there may exceed 250°C and cause the cable to be burned off.

The thermometer is powered by 1 x AAA 1.5V LR03 alkaline batteries - not included in the set!
