Thanks to this injector that also features three needles and a cleaner (free of charge!), you can easily provide the meat and processed meat you prepare with a perfect flavour and an excellent and appetising appearance. The convenient, high quality syringe with capacity of 30 mL and three dosing needles will help you inject meat with curing brine professionally. They will also enable speeding up the curing process significantly. From now on your favourite, traditional hams, gammons, etc. will be properly tender and remain fresh for longer.
The injector is made of plastic intended for contact with food and is characterised by compact design with an ergonomic handle and an airtight piston with a rubber gasket. The accurate scale on the syringe body will facilitate dosing the curing brine. The stainless steel needles are screwed onto the body, thanks to which they retain proper stability when sticking in and injecting. The device can be easily handled with one hand.
The set includes three different dosing needles: first with a wide outlet at the end of the blade, second with a side opening and third with four side openings. Use the needles with side opening to inject large pieces of meat.
Please note – important: in order to distribute the brine uniformly, massage the whole portion of meat carefully after injecting.
