The total, nominal capacity of the ham cooker is 1.5 kg.
You can prepare a dish with a maximum of 1.1–1.2 kg of meat in the device.
The minimum fill is approx. 0.7 kg.
Use the device in a pot with a minimum height of 20 cm. Place the closed ham cooker in the pot, then pour in water so it reaches the lid of the ham cooker but remains 3–4 cm below the rim of the pot.
