CULINARY THERMOMETER

This vessel works by heating water and gently poaching the meat. You choose the natural ingredients to make your own delicious deli meats — cured or uncured. You can be sure there are no preservatives or artificial additives, and your chosen spices will really make the flavor pop.
This model’s capacity is ideal for a generous family batch of firm, juicy ham, as well as potted meats, pâté-style loaves, roulades, bacon, and other dishes — including vegetarian options. Note!
The total, nominal capacity of the Szynkowar is 3 kg.
You can prepare a dish with up to 2.6 kg of meat in the device.
Minimum fill is approx. 1.5 kg.
Use the device in a pot with a minimum height of 21 cm. Place the closed Szynkowar in the pot, then pour in water so it reaches the Szynkowar lid but stays 3–4 cm below the rim of the pot. This safe water level prevents liquid from boiling over during poaching.
