The Mustang electric smoker is a robustly executed device with an attractive design. The built-in controller enables setting smoking temperature and time, which facilitates conducting the whole process significantly. The materials used for making the device ensure its good thermal insulation. The double walls insulated on the inside also contribute to that. The additional fat tray ensures that excess fat is removed from the drip tray. The manual wood chip feeder allows topping them up easily during smoking without having to open the door. If you want to do cold smoking - which provides excellent effects in terms of flavour and aroma - replace the manual wood chip feeder with a high quality smoke generator featuring an electric pump that ensures convenient operation of the device. The separated base enables comfortable operation and cleaning of the generator. A specially adjusted adapter – very easy to install – is used for connecting the smoker with the smoke generator perfectly. The wood chips included in the kit allow taking full advantage of the smoker’s capabilities.

Preparing the kit for work is simple and quick - it will be facilitated by the detailed instructions that will guide you, step by step, through subsequent stages of installation and operation of the equipment.

Please note! Before the first smoking it is necessary to “fire” the smoker, i.e., to carry out smoking without food in the smoker chamber.

This device is intended for outdoor use, it is not allowed to use it indoors.

Before cleaning, the smoker and smoke generator should be disconnected from the power supply!The principles of cleaning for all devices are provided in the manuals included.
