Directions for use:
Liquid yeast should be pre-propagated to prepare a yeast starter (the so-called mother culture). Into a 1 L bottle, pour 150 ml of juice or add 200 g of crushed fruit, 300 ml of water, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Plug the bottle with a cotton wool stopper and pasteurize for 30 min. After cooling, pour in the contents of the previously shaken yeast sachet. Leave for 1-2 days at 22-26°C, then pour into a fermentation vessel or a demijohn with the wine must (5-25 L).
Note!
At all stages of preparing the yeast starter, maintain sterile conditions—pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the vessel in which you will propagate the yeast.
For optimal fermentation, it is advisable to add a nutrient: Kombi (401020) or Kombi Vita (401030).
Best before end: expiry date and batch number on the seal. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Product for enology only, not for direct consumption.
