Directions for use:
Liquid yeast should be propagated beforehand, i.e., prepare a yeast starter - the so-called mother culture. Into a 1 L bottle, pour 150 ml of juice or put in 200 g of crushed fruit, add 300 ml of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cover the bottle with a cotton wool plug and pasteurize for 30 min. After cooling, pour into the bottle the contents of the previously shaken yeast sachet. Leave for 1–2 days at 22–26°C, then pour into a fermentation vessel or demijohn with the wine must (5–25 L).
Note!
Maintain sterile conditions at all stages of preparing the yeast starter - pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the vessel in which you will propagate the yeast.
For optimal fermentation, it is advisable to add a nutrient: Kombi (401020) or Kombi Vita (401030).
Best before end: expiry date and batch number on the seal. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Product for oenology only, not for direct consumption.
