Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 25°C, and leave for 20 min at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into the fermentation container or demijohn with the must.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.
Note!
For the optimal course of fermentation, it is advisable to add B1 Nutrient (401010).
Best before end: expiry date and batch no. on the seal. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Product for enology only, not for direct consumption.
