Browin's plum flavoured essence is the key to preparing liquors with highly appreciated aroma notes and exquisite flavour.

These are the characteristics that make our plum essence unique:

• Delightful plum flavour and aroma - use this flavour essence to create tasty drinks with a pronounced plum aroma - dry or with a delicate hint of sweetness.
• Easy and quick to prepare - simply mix some spirits with our essence and sugar (in an amount you prefer), leave it for at least 24 hours - and it’s ready!
• Whole 4 litres of liquor - a small bottle that brings big gains! The 40 mL bottle of flavour essence is enough for preparing up to 4 L of liquor.
• Practical packaging - thanks to special indentations in the bottle, you can dose smaller portions of the essence (10 mL each) with precision.
• Your own aromatic liquor - you can prepare your slivovitz/plum brandy without sugar or adjust the degree of sweetness to your taste preferences, adding between 25 and 100 g of sugar for every 1 L of alcohol.

How to use the flavour essence? 

Suggestion for using the plum flavour essence:

1.   Pour 4 L of high-proof alcohol (e.g. 40-45% pure vodka) into a container.

2.   Add the flavour essence and the amount of sugar according to your preference (we recommend 100 to 400 g of sugar per 4 L of drink).

3.   Stir everything thoroughly.

4.   Leave the drink for at least 24 hours*.

5.   Your magic liquor is ready! Bon appétit!

*In order to obtain a better effect in terms flavour and aroma, we recommend tasting the drink made using the essence after about a week.

Ingredients: glycerine, water, aroma, acid (citric acid).

Please note! If you like ‘roasted’ flavours, you can also use caramel for sweetening. We recommend our essence with burnt caramel vodka flavour - its addition will enrich the qualities of the liquor. You can also use Kwasomix to balance the flavour of your liquor.
