Grape essence is an easy way to prepare a flavourful drink, as well as practical support for homemade winemaking. If fermentation has not gone according to plan or the flavour needs a boost, adding the essence will bring out a more pronounced grape character without affecting the colour of the wine or spirit.

How to use:

Pour the contents of the bottle into your drink and add 160-240 g of sugar. Mix thoroughly and leave for at least 24 hours*. The markings on the bottle allow you to measure 10 ml portions of essence for preparing 1 L of drink. One full bottle makes 4 L of flavoured drink or beverage.

*For the best flavour and aroma, we recommend consuming the drink with the essence after approximately one week.
