Polish IPA is our home-grown interpretation of the flagship style of the beer revolution. Like any IPA, it has a pronounced and complex bitterness, but through additional hot and cold hopping stages, the herbal, floral and citrus hop flavours become multi-dimensional and multi-faceted, and each sip becomes a separate story. You simply have to prepare this been on your own and see for yourself how unique its flavour is.
Do you enjoy beer? If so, try making it on your own. It is simple and provides a wealth of satisfaction that you cannot buy at a store.
With the Polish IPA kit you can prepare as much as 20 L of your own beer, which gains herbal and floral aromas thanks to short hot hopping with noble Lubelski hops. Cold hopping with the noble Perle variety brings additional citrus aromas with a white fruit finish. The overall composition is very balanced and quite dry, and the medium to high saturation raises the drinkability of the beer to an absolute maximum.
Making your own beer allows enjoying both the creation and tasting. It is also a way of saving money. Take matters into your own hands and care for what you pour into the mug.
Polish IPA beer goes wonderfully with grilled dishes, burgers and homemade pizza.

5. Pour the contents of the can into the pot of water, add 1 kg of glucose and mix thoroughly until the ingredients dissolve.

7. Make the so-called hop tea from Lubelski hops. Add the contents of a sachet of Lubelski hops to water at approx. 90°C, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. After this time, filter the liquid, cool it down and add it to the fermentation container with the beer wort.
8. Stabilise the temperature of the mixture at 18-20°C, then add the hydrated yeast and stir vigorously.

We recommend a horizontal or angled airlock, which allows you to lower the height of the batch container, making it easier to place these on shelves or a rack or stacking them.
10. Carry out fermentation for about 14 days in room temperature.
11. Boil the hopping sack in water for 10 minutes, place the contents of the Perle hops sachet in it, then put the hopping sack in the fermentation container with the beer for a period of 3 days.
12. Afterwards, decant the beer to bottles. Add 1 Coopers Carbonation Drop or 2.5 g of sugar to each 0.5 L bottle and then seal each bottle with a capper. Place the bottles in a dark and warm place.
13. After 2 weeks, the wine is ready to drink. Cheers!
