Dark malt extract syrup (non-hopped). Can be added instead of 1 kg of sugar before first fermentation of 23 L of beer batch. Enriches the flavour of beer, is coffee-coloured (dark) and features aroma of coffee. It is recommended for all dark beers.
The extract can also be the base for the production of beer, for the experienced home brewers, who wish to create a beer with particular hopping level and aroma.
