The preparation intended for carrying out the Iodine tests during brewing with mashing process (mash conversion). It allows to assess the degree of mash saccharification - it determines the degradation of starch to simple sugars fermented by yeast. The bottle contains a convenient dropper. Note: product can stain.
Directions for use: Take a small amount of mash on the white plate. Use the dropper to apply the indicator to the fluid you have collected. The indicator turns purple, which means the presence of starch. No color change in the indicator indicates the end of mashing.
Contents - 20 ml - enough for about 20 brews.
