A cheesemaking mould is a tool used for making and moulding cheese at the same time. It is intended for home production of soft cottage and rennet cheeses in the shape of a hemisphere, including Koryciński type cheeses. The container is shaped like a strainer and has special feet to allow the whey to drain off, as well as two handles to make the mould easier to work with.
