Grade 8 (medium fraction) - thanks to their size (6–8 mm), the chips are suitable for both large and small smokers.
The amount of chips in the pack (450 g) is enough for several hours of smoking (depending on the equipment used) — so you don’t have to worry about running out while you’re cooking your favorites.

How to use:
Grilling: Arrange a 2 cm layer of chips around the glowing charcoal — don’t place them directly on the fire, as they will burn up immediately. To use the chips as economically as possible, you can moisten them slightly with water to help generate more smoke. Cover the grill with the lid immediately after placing the food on the grate. Grilling time — from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of fish being cooked).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in a smoke generator or directly in the smoker — in the spot intended for them — or in the firebox, around the glowing wood.
Chips ideal for use in a smoke generator. Using a smoke generator delivers the most professional results — products with outstanding flavor, aroma, and color.
Warning: Only adults should operate smokers and grills, following fire safety rules and after reading the device’s manual and the recommendations for using chips. Be careful when lighting the chips and topping them up while the grill, smoker, or smoke generator is running to avoid possible burns. Make sure children and pets cannot access hot equipment.
Store chips in a cool, dry place.
